By downloading or using TimeBlocking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
TimeBlocking is a productivity tool designed to help you manage your time.
The App is a self-help tool based on time blocking principles. While we strive for accuracy, the App and its insights are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since all your data (schedules, routines, etc.) is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud credentials.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TimeBlocking and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall TimeBlocking be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
