Welcome to Chores. By using our application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Household Membership

Chores is designed to facilitate household task management. You are responsible for ensuring that the members you invite to your household are authorized to participate. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the app.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to and stored within your private iCloud database through Chores, including chore names, reward amounts, and photos. We do not monitor your content and are not responsible for any materials within your shared household.

3. Full Access Subscriptions

Chores offers premium features through our "Full Access" subscription model.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Shared Responsibility

Chores provides tools to track and reward activities. The developers of Chores are not responsible for disagreements or disputes within a household regarding rewards, allowance calculations, or task completion status.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Chores is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the application's performance or its suitability for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of the app.

6. Governing Law

Use of Chores is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
