We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Time Blocking application for your personal use on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The application uses iCloud for data storage and synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and ensuring your device has sufficient storage and connectivity. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure or iCloud account issues.
All content, features, and functionality of the application, including but not limited to the user interface, design, and code, are the exclusive property of Meli Apps and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the application at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the business interests of Meli Apps.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meli Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meli Apps is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
