These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cursive Practice app (“the App”), operated by Cursive Practice (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Cursive Practice is provided for personal, educational, and self-improvement purposes only. The App is intended to help you practice and improve your cursive handwriting.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all handwriting practice data, custom sets, and content you create or import into the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your user content.
All user content remains on your device and/or in your private iCloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain features of the App rely on Apple services, including iCloud. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of Apple’s services.
Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including features or functionality, without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cursive Practice shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to data loss or dissatisfaction with progress.
You use the App at your own risk.
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
