By downloading, accessing, or using Lucky Tile (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer virtual items or subscriptions for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed and managed by the Apple App Store. We do not process payments or handle your credit card information directly. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
