How do I log a transaction?
Simply open the app and tap the big "+" button on the main screen. Enter your current balance, and it will be saved to your history automatically. You can also add notes to any entry.
Is my data private?
Yes, absolutely. Your data is stored securely in your own private iCloud account. We (the developers) cannot see, access, or sell your data. It stays between you and Apple.
How do I delete a wrong entry?
Go to the "Log Book" tab, find the entry you want to remove, and swipe left on it. Tap the red "Delete" button that appears.
How do I change currencies?
Go to the "Settings" tab and look for the "Currency" section. You can switch between USD, EUR, GBP, and CHF instantly. The app keeps your existing budget data in sync with your selected currency.
How do I set or update a budget goal?
In the "Settings" tab, find the "Goal" section. You can enter your budget target and target date there. This will activate the goal tracking features on your main dashboard.
Can I use External Import Sync?
Yes! Go to the "Settings" tab, scroll to the "Data" section, and toggle "External Import Sync" to ON. This allows you to prepare the app to import external files.
Can I import or export my data?
Yes. In the "Settings" tab, check the "Data Management" section. You can export your full history to a CSV file for your records, or import data from other apps via CSV.
Does the app work on iPad and Mac?
Yes! Budget App is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Your data syncs seamlessly between all your devices via iCloud, so you can pick up right where you left off.
