You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Budget App does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
All information displayed in the App — including spending trends, forecasts, target estimates, or goal metrics — is for informational and self-tracking purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice. The App may display calculated metrics such as moving averages, trends, forecasts, or estimated goal dates. These are based on the data you enter and mathematical models.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions or results. Actual outcomes may vary.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our own servers. All data remains on your device and/or in your private iCloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of import features is optional and subject to your permission.
Certain features of the App rely on Apple services, including iCloud and financial data. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of Apple’s services.
Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget App shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect predictions, or decisions made based on App information.
