Welcome to Adult Coloring Book+. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Coloring Book App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App or its built-in artwork without explicit permission from us.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any images you import into the App. By importing images, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use those images.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices and trial terms are presented in the App prior to purchase.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
